Several research administration systems will be off-line and unavailable beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11 through 8 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13. The systems include UCF’s Huron Research Suite (HRS) IRB, non-Financial Agreements, and IACUC. This maintenance period is necessary to prepare for the release of the HRS Grants and Agreements module scheduled for Oct. 21. The HRS Grants team is on-schedule to go-live on October 21st, 2019. The team has been focused on development of training material, delivering live training sessions, regression testing, and communication of go-live dates with the research community. Remaining technical work is focused on finishing outstanding reports, at which point the team will begin working on the integration w/PS Grants.

UCF is working with FSS to develop the Fund Balance Report while Research Finance (RF) is working through running nVision Reports and the GL allocation business process to complete UAT. UAT signoffs will be sent out this week to be finalized by Thursday, October 10th. Once UAT is signed off the focus will be on reporting.
