Several research administration systems will be off-line and unavailable beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11 through 8 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13.

The systems include UCF’s Huron Research Suite (HRS) IRB, non-Financial Agreements, and IACUC. This maintenance period is necessary to prepare for the release of the HRS Grants and Agreements module scheduled for Oct. 21.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the scheduled downtime, please email GRITservicedesk@ucf.edu.

As previously communicated, researchers will begin using the new Huron Grants and Agreements software to submit proposals beginning Oct. 21. Training sessions have been scheduled and are open to all faculty and research administrators. It is ideal to attend one of each session.

Session 1

10 a.m. – noon on Tuesday, Oct. 15 in the Teaching Academy, room 117

OR

10 a.m. t -noon on Wednesday, Oct. 16 in the Teaching Academy, room 117

Session 2

1-3:30 p.m.  on Wednesday, Oct. 16 in the Teaching Academy, room 130

9-11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 17 in the Teaching Academy, room 117
